By accessing or using the Hijab Nation website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Use of the platform
You agree to use our website, registration forms, and community programs only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of others in our sisterhood.
3. Registrations & submissions
Information submitted through registration or payment forms must be accurate and truthful. False or misleading submissions may result in rejection or removal from programs.
4. Payments & refunds
Program fees, where applicable, are reviewed and approved by our administrators. Refunds are issued at our discretion in line with each program's published policy.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photography, videos, branding, and program materials — is the property of Hijab Nation or its contributors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
6. User-submitted content
By uploading photographs or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for verification and, where applicable, promotional purposes related to our programs.
7. Limitation of liability
Hijab Nation provides its services "as is" and is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or programs, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
